Dear Kieron and Ghaz, 

This is to say my children, family and friends, together with us, enjoyed the best 21st birthday party. An important part was down to you both cooking such amazing food and presenting it  beautifully.  All our friends said at the party, and also kindly rang the next day, to say the food was so tasty, the variety appealed to all and so attractively displayed. Both of you have been so professional from the outset, listening to our ideas for what we wanted for our guests, and you in turn guiding us through such an extensive menu on offer. 

Your chosen staff must also be commended, from those working with you in the kitchen to the waiting staff.  They all presented to our guests so attentively and with fun, but never intrusive. 

You have made it easy for us to recommend you to all our family and friends, and we would like to wish you both continued success which you undoubtedly deserve.
